I used the silicone flower shaped molds to make my own butter molds. These were extremely easy to use and clean. I softened real butter (sticks) and spread butter, pushing slightly to fill the mold completely, then put them in the freezer. Once frozen, I pushed out the butter and put in a freezer bag. I made 135 butter molds in less than one hour. Let them sit out for 30 minutes or so to soften before serving. So much cheaper to do yourself than buying them and these were perfect for a large wedding family brunch.
