I have bottle-fed my baby for a while, and I know the sadness of washing the bottle. Residual milk adheres to the bottle wall and is difficult to rinse off with clean water. There may also be a lot of bacteria. So how to clean the bottle? The following experiences are summarized for reference.

Materials needed : Bottle brushes, bottle clips, nipple brushes, straw brushes, pots and more.

When you have a newborn, one of the essential items you need is a baby bottle brush. These brush is specifically designed to clean baby bottles, which can be challenging to clean thoroughly.  A baby bottle brush typically has a long, thin handle and bristles at the end. The bristles are often made of nylon or silicone, which are safe for use with baby bottles. The brush’s shape allows you to reach all corners and crevices of the bottle to ensure that it is cleaned properly.

step:
1. Pour off the remaining milk
2. Disassemble all the bottles
3. Rinse or soak in water for a while
4. Add an appropriate amount of bottle cleaning agent
5. Scrub the inside of the bottle with a bottle brush
6. Scrub the thread of the bottle
7. Remove the pacifier and the pacifier seat and clean them separately
8. Rinse with clean water 2-3 times and then disinfect.

I believe that many mothers can do these steps, but they still feel that they are not clean. So where is the problem? Please note the following points:

1. Be sure to clean every corner and every part of the baby bottle! ! Older babies may also use a straw. Note that the straw also needs to be cleaned!
2. The bottle cleaning solution must be selected properly! ! Otherwise, it will be polluted again. I have used many types, and there are really many good ones and bad ones. There are a lot of poor cleaning solutions. I feel that there are still residues after cleaning. The point is that the milk stains cannot be cleaned! It is simply double pollution. And a good cleaning solution is twice the result with half the effort.
3. About disinfection. For a period of time, I was bottle-fed, and I basically washed the bottle more than a dozen times a day. It is impossible to sterilize after drinking it once. Basically just boiling water. Regular disinfection once a month. Nothing bad happened. Disinfection does not need to be too frequent. Keeping the baby in a sterile environment is not conducive to growth.
4. Nipples and bottles have a service life, remember to replace them regularly.

There are many types of baby bottle brushes available, each with its unique features. Here are a few examples:
